    Abstract

    Afin d’actualiser la connaissance des débats susceptibles d’impacter la régulation opérée sous l’égide de la Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises, l’étude établit un bilan 2008 des Parties prenantes francophones en présence. Après avoir rappelé le modèle de Carroll qui établit une hiérarchie des différentes représentations en matière de Corporate Social Responsability, la recherche explore la toile internet pour retenir 313 sites qui permettent d’identifier et de catégoriser les acteurs en présence à partir de la teneur RSE de leur discours. Il apparait qu’au terme d’une évolution tardive et hésitante, la Corporate Ethical Responsability tend à s’imposer comme la représentation majoritaire en France. Si la RSE volontaire (Soft Law) semble la plus légitime en Europe, la discussion menée met en évidence les visions divergentes qui subsistent (orientation People vs Profit) mais aussi les nouveaux conflits d’intérêt en vue (orientation People vs Planet) entretenant et réanimant de possibles clivages idéologiques entre Parties prenantes en France.
