Abstract

This paper will focus in particular on (a) Revenue generation and associated concerns (b) Attracting and retaining quality faculty (c) Law school management and (d) International Positioning. I will initiate the discussion with a Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Analysis of the present day scenario and proceed to a list of suggested actionables.
