Abstract

The 6th Session of the First Parliament commenced on the auspicious 13th Day of 10th Month of Iron Male Tiger Year corresponding to November 19, 2010 with Zhugdrel Phuensum Tshogpai ceremony where His Majesty the Druk Gyalpo addressed the Assembly. The assembly discussed among other issues, the need to provide safe accommodation to the young people working in daryangs and entertainment places; constituency development grants; pay and perks of members of parliament; the report on the maternity and childcare committee report, etc. http://www.nab.gov.bt
