Issues and Concerns in the Implementation and Maintanence of HRIS

Abstract

The issues and concerns faced by nine organisations in implementing and managing HRIS are given. The details about the implementation process were obtained from the HR managers of respective companies through direct one to one interviews [ IIMA WP].
