Abstract

This paper presents a quantitative findings from a major research project on unemployment and inactivity amongst teenagers in Northern Ireland. The paper provides a case study of how some of the methodological problems associated with the definition and measurement of unemployment amongst teenagers have benn dealth with in a particular regional context.
