Análisis del desarrollo del gobierno electrónico municipal en España

Abstract

Este estudio se centra en el área de gobierno electrónico a nivel municipal. La investigación realizada ha tenido por objetivo la identificación del nivel de desarrollo de los servicios de gobierno electrónico en el entorno municipal en España. Los resultados muestran que la mayoría de las ciudades españolas no tienen un crecimiento sostenible y por fases en el ámbito de estrategia de Gobierno Electrónico. El estudio resalta la necesidad de una estrategia a largo plazo en la implantación del Gobierno Electrónico municipal de forma que se cree una arquitectura digital sostenible.
