Abstract

(WPE29/02 Clave pdf) El presente análisis arroja luz sobre las tendencias en la globalización del sector inmobiliario que han influenciado este mercado en España, basado tanto en una revisión de la literatura y en el análisis de datos primarios. La evidencia proporcionada por estudios recientes nos permite concluir que la diversificación internacional de la inversión inmobiliaria efectivamente reduce la volatilidad de las carteras. Sin embargo, algunos países ofrecen mayores beneficios de diversificación en el sector inmobiliario cuando su PIB tiene un nivel relativamente bajo de correlación con el PIB mundial. España es uno de estos países....
