Early development of entrepreneurial qualities

Abstract

Ondernemerschap vereist kwaliteiten zoals zelfstandigheid, initiatief en creativiteit, die bij iedereen in meer of mindere mate aanwezig zijn. Ontwikkeling ervan zorgt voor betere ondernemers en biedt ook werknemers in loondienst voordelen. Laatstgenoemden moeten immers steeds vaker hun eigen werk creëren binnen het bedrijf en gelijktijdig hun employability op peil houden. Het lager en voortgezet onderwijs bieden goede mogelijkheden voor het aanleren van kwaliteiten die nodig zijn voor succesvol ondernemerschap. Het gaat namelijk in sterke mate om een levenshouding, die men al op jonge leeftijd ontwikkelt.
