El objetivo fundamental de este trabajo es analizar las motivaciones dominantes en los alumnos de las Licenciaturas de Economía (LE) y Administración y Dirección de Empresas (LADE)a la hora de enfrentarse a las asignaturas de Estadística. Para ello se ha realizado una encuesta de opinión, con objeto de conocer el grado de motivación y tratar de mejorar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de estas asignaturas en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de Bilbao. Se presenta el análisis estadístico multivariante de los resultados obtenidos al comienzo y al final de curso, así como las conclusiones más relevantes.
