Estudio de la demanda turistica en la ultima decada: un analisis comparativo de Galicia con el total español

Abstract

En este trabajo se estudia la evolucion de la demanda turistica en establecimientos hoteleros en la ultima decada en la Comunidad Autonoma gallega, realizando un analisis comparativo con el total nacional. Para ello se presenta un somero analisis del comportamiento de las pernoctaciones hoteleras en ese periodo. Para analizar la evolucion a largo plazo de ambas series, estas se desestacionalizan a traves del metodo de la Razon de la Media Movil, distinguiendo asi el componente a largo plazo de las series de los componentes ciclico, estacional o el componente irregular. Este examen nos permite elaborar una comparacion de la evolucion temporal de ambas series eliminando el componente estacional que presenta la demanda turistica.
