De arbeidsmarktsituatie en competenties van afgestudeerden van het Nederlandse kunstvakonderwijs in internationaal perspectief
Abstract
In deze notitie wordt een beeld geschetst van de arbeidsmarktsituatie van afgestudeerden van het Nederlandse kunstvakonderwijs ten opzichte van zowel afgestudeerden van kunstenopleidingen uit andere Europese landen als alle HBO- / Bachelorafgestudeerden gemiddeld. Deze cijfers zijn afkomstig uit de REFLEX-database. REFLEX is een, door het ROA gecoördineerd, grootschalig internationaal onderzoek dat zich toespitst op de eisen die vanuit de moderne kennismaatschappij aan hoger opgeleiden gesteld worden, en op de mate waarin het hoger onderwijs de competenties bijbrengt waardoor afgestudeerden aan deze eisen kunnen voldoen. In totaal deden vijftien landen mee aan het project: Oostenrijk, Zwitserland, Duitsland, Nederland, België (Vlaanderen), het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Italië, Spanje, Portugal, Frankrijk, Noorwegen, Finland, Tsjechië, Estland en Japan. In REFLEX zijn respondenten in 2005, ongeveer vijf jaar na afstuderen benaderd. Dit biedt mogelijkheden om het vroege carrièreverloop van afgestudeerden in kaart te brengen. Zowel over de eerste baan als over de huidige baan zijn data beschikbaar. In dit rapport wordt verslag gedaan van de belangrijkste cijfers over de arbeidsmarktintrede van kunstenaars in vergelijking met andere afgestudeerden. Ook wordt er middels data uit de Kunsten-Monitor stilgestaan bij meer specifieke competenties die voor kunstenaars uit de opleidingsprofielen relevant zijn.Download Info
