Lastenontwikkeling als gevolg van de bijdrage door waterschappen aan het Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma
Abstract
Het Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma (HWBP) wordt tot 2010 volledig bekostigd door het Rijk. Het is de bedoeling dat waterschappen vanaf 2011 jaarlijks gezamenlijk 81 miljoen euro bijdragen. De hoogte van de individuele bijdragen van de verschillende waterschappen is afhankelijk van het relatieve aantal huishoudens in een waterschap en de relatieve waarde van het onroerend goed binnen een waterschap. In dit rapport onderzoeken wij hoe hoog de bijdrage per waterschap is en welke gevolgen deze bijdrage heeft voor de lastendruk van de belastingbetaler.
