Business Value: The Performance Management Framework
AbstractThis paper is a continuation of the previous articles “Business Value Creation of (Transformational) Outsourcing”  and “Business Value and performance of a company: choice for methodology and model sets  published in 2009. In this paper the authors would like to discuss the concept and added value of the Corporate Performance Framework. Furthermore, the authors would like to discuss the definition of Performance and relevant aspects of Performance Measurement.
