AbstractThis paper is a continuation of the first article “Business Value Creation of (Transformational) Outsourcing, a Performance Based Approach” published in 2008 (Nyenrode Research Institute). In this paper the authors would like to discuss the distinction between the Value of a Company and the Transformational Value of a Company. Furthermore, the authors would like to discuss the methodology of modeling and measuring the Performance of a Company.
