Abstract

Die Arbeit basiert auf einem systematisch hergeleiteten Definitions- und Leistungskatalog immobilienwirtschaftlicher Managementaufgaben. Für die Organisationsgestaltung wird daraus die begründete Erkenntnis abgeleitet, dass strategisches Immobilienmanagement – wie z.B. Unternehmensberatungen – ein Professional Service ist. Durch den umfassenden Ansatz, der auch die sich schnell verändernden Umfeldparameter sowie unterschiedliche Produkt-Markt-Strategien berücksichtigt, ist das Buch sowohl für Lehrende und Studierende der Betriebswirtschaftslehre interessant als auch für Unternehmen – nicht nur der Immobilienwirtschaft – die im Zuge der weiteren Professionalisierung ihre Geschäftsmodelle und Strukturen reorganisieren.
