    Abstract

    La gestión de los conceptos de calidad y satisfacción está cobrando cada vez más importancia en los servicios públicos, dentro de los cuales queda englobado, en el caso español, el servicio de educación universitaria. La investigación1 desarrollada pretende ser una primera aproximación a los factores que determinan la satisfacción de los asistentes a los cursos de verano ofertados por una universidad pública española. Los recientes cambios experimentados en el entorno de la enseñanza universitaria española, entre los que destaca la creciente competencia, han provocado que estos cursos de especialización se hayan convertido en un importante elemento diferenciador de la oferta realizada por cada Universidad. Por ello, se pretende profundizar en la relación entre la satisfacción y la comunicación interpersonal realizada por los asistentes. En este contexto, el conocimiento de los elementos determinantes de la satisfacción de los alumnos es vital para el diseño de dicha oferta.
