La Problématique des Régimes de Pension en Tunisie Face à un Vieillissement Démographique

Abstract

De nos jours, nous assistons à une déformation dans la pyramide des âges, témoignant d’un phénomène de vieillissement des populations. Le problème de soutien de cette masse en hausse de personne âgée e pose. Le présent document cherche à savoir si le système légal de pension basé sur le principe de répartition est financièrement soutenable dans un contexte de vieillissement de la population? L’étude portera sur le cas de la Tunisie, un pays considéré comme jeunes, alors qu’il ne l’est plus. Une projection de la population jusqu’à l’horizon 2050 confirmera notre thèse. Quel serait dès lors le sort de nos régimes de pension?
