La estrategia y la política sectorial de las tecnologías de la información y las telecomunicaciones

Abstract

La política pública de la administración de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Telecomunicaciones, ha experimentado cambios en Colombia. Dichos cambios se inspiran en la necesidad de administrar mejor el espectro radioeléctrico, un recurso escaso del que El Estado es propietario. Los principios de la Ley 1341 de TIC, están inspirados en el enfoque de estrategia emergente, que permitirá nuevas y creativas formas de prestar servicios de valor agregado de cuenta de los proveedores de TIC.
