Concepto sobre el proceso de reestructuración de empresas publicas de Medellín

Abstract

Desde hace días se viene especulando sobre el futuro de Empresas Públicas de Medellín, habida cuenta el proceso de adecuación de su estructura ante la vigencia de la ley 142 y de la ley 143. En particular a la ciudadanía de Medellín le preocupa un cierto aire de privatización contra nuestro patrimonio público, por ello deseo expresar una opinión técnica sobre el tema.
