La relación comercial entre Argentina y China durante 1991 - 2010. Una caracterización sobre el patrón de vinculación comercial

Abstract

Este artículo se aleja de las corrientes predominantes como la realista o neo-realista, para preguntarse sobre los actores intervinientes dentro del Estado. Se realiza un detallado análisis sobre la vinculación comercial entre la Argentina y la República Popular de China durante 1991 a 2010. Se extraen algunas conclusiones acerca del patrón de vinculación comercial entre ambos, la evolución de dicho patrón, así como los sectores económicos argentinos que fueron ganando espacio en la vinculación con el gigante asiático. Esto, sin dejar de lado el lugar del Estado argentino como regulador de las tensiones entre los sectores exportadores e industriales nacionales, pero también como recaudador en concepto de derechos de exportación. Las conclusiones hacen de disparador para preguntarse ¿qué tipo de relación tiene la Argentina con China? Y en todo caso, desglosar posibles caracterizaciones de esta vinculación pero tomando a la Argentina no como una caja negra", sino encontrando, caracterizando y estudiando los actores dentro de ella."
