Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo hacer una lectura de la coyuntura política colombiana desde un punto de vista institucional. En él se analizan los comportamientos de algunos de los principales actores de la arena política de ese país, haciendo particular énfasis en las relaciones entre los poderes ejecutivo y legislativo, utilizando como marco teórico el esquema de relación entre veto players enunciado por George Tsebelis (1995; 2002).
