Abstract

En este artículo se presenta el modelo de autoevaluación que ha seguido la Universidad EAFIT para el proceso de acreditación institucional y como modelo permanente para la redefinición de los objetivos estratégicos institucionales y la formulación de los planes de desarrollo.La Universidad EAFIT concibe la autoevaluación como el balance y revisión frecuentes de sus actividades de investigación, enseñanza y proyección social dentro del marco estratégico y operativo definido por la Visión y Misión institucionales, y mediante la confrontación con el estado actual del entorno social y del impacto logrado en él.
