Abstract

Este volumen presenta nuevos avances sobre uno de los temas -la dimensión politice alrededor de los que el proyecto Cids&Lrd-Colciencias ha venido trabajando de toma privilegiada dentro de su preocupación más general por las dinámicas sociales de las poblaciones alrocolombianas del suroccidente colombiano Sí en un anterior documento de trabajo de esta misma sene (No.39, Hacer poliuca en el pacifico sur: algunas aproximaciones) se adelantaban descripciones de las condiciones que habían posibilitado la promulgación de la Ley 70, asi como se observaban las redefimciones iniciales y más inmediatas que, en el espectro político de la costa pacifica, generaba su implementación, en este nuevo volumen el interés es el de ofrecer ya unos análisis y una evaluación más precisos y acabados de los impactos de la ley sobre las poblaciones locales a partir de algunos estudios de
