Abstract

El alto grado de desigualdad, violencia y pobreza de Colombia exige profesionales éticos comprometidoscon la mejora del nivel de vida del país. Es en este contexto que cobra gran importanciavivificar el espíritu javeriano de los egresados. El presente artículo describe el SPA, una estrategia de ensenanza-aprendizaje disenada por la Asociación Javeriana de Administradores y la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali para contribuir al desarrollo de las competencias genéricas relacionadas con los principios y valores javerianos. El documento describe en qué consiste el SPA, cuáles son sus fundamentos teóricos, cómo se realiza, los resultados obtenidos a partir de este proyecto y sus futuros desarrollos
