Gestión ambiental de la vitivinicultura: aplicación del cuadro de mando

Abstract

ResumenLa vitivinicultura es una de las principales industrias de San Juan, Argentina. Enesta provincia existen más de 266 bodegas. Actualmente, existe mayor conciencia,por parte del consumidor, del proceso de elaboración de un producto, desde elpunto de vista medioambiental, sobre todo en países como Estados Unidos y elReino Unido, los cuales son los principales países importadores de vinos argentinos.Esta situación,unida a la necesidad de proteger el ambiente en la provincia,crea la necesidad de poner en práctica un sistema de gestión ambientalmente cuidadosointegrado a la gestión empresarial. Así, la industria vitivinícola debe estarpreparada para los nuevos requerimientos ambientales. Es por eso que en este trabajose propone un modelo de gestión ambiental para la industria del vino en SanJuan, basado en el Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI), una herramienta de direcciónde primer orden en el proceso de toma de desiciones.Palabras claves: industria vitivinícola, Cuadro de Mando Integral, gestión ambientalempresarial.
