Factores de atracción y retención del mercado laboral, para empleados potenciales

Abstract

El presente reporte de investigación detalla los resultados de un estudio realizado para determinar la influencia que tienen ciertos factores en la aceptación o rechazo de una oferta de empleo, es decir, aspectos que están relacionados con la gestión de retribuciones, con los programas de desarrollo y con los factores de atracción que se analizan desde dos perspectivas: desde la perspectiva de la persona (trato, ambiente de trabajo, salario, prestaciones, reconocimientos, trabajo desafiante y oportunidades de desarrollo, entre otras); la otra, desde la perspectiva de la empresa (prestigio, misión y valores, crecimiento, tecnología, etc.). Se aplicó un instrumento con 32 ítems, a 735 estudiantes universitarios (54% masculino y 46% femenino). Los factores de atracción que más se destacan, por la importancia que les dan las personas, son las oportunidades de crecimiento (4.438), el desarrollo de habilidades (4.235), los aspectos monetarios, como sueldos y salarios (4.151), y el trato (4.012).
