Abstract

RESUMEN El análisis estructural de la territorialidad y de las competencias laborales influye en la promoción de innovaciones, en la combinación y composición factorial, en la lógica de la política social y en las características del mercado laboral. Todos estos factores son campos magnéticos entre sí y facilitan la competitividad sistémica que posibilita la función empresarial. Este artículo analiza la productividad del subsector alimentos (CIIU tercera clasificación) de Barranquilla-Soledad, Bogotá-Soacha, Cali-Yumbo y Medellín-Valle de Aburrá en el período 1992-2004 a través del modelo datos de panel. Dentro de los resultados se resalta la importancia de políticas en el ámbito microeconómico, desde las condiciones coyunturales y estructurales de cada subsector y de cada región con las cuales se construyan elementos que permitan mediar en las decisiones sobre las estructuras productivas regionales y sectoriales. ABSTRACT The structural analysis of the territoriality and the labor competencies influences in the promotion of innovations, the combination and factorial composition, in the logic of social policy and in the characteristics of the labor market. All these factors are magnetic fields between them, and allow the systemic competitiveness that enables the entrepreneurial function. This article analyzes the productivity of the food sub sectors (CIIU third classification) in Barranquilla-Soledad, Bogotá-Soacha, Cali-Yumbo y Medellín-Valle de Aburrá, during the 1992-2004 period, trough data panel. Among the results, the importance of the policies in the microeconomic field is highlighted, from the conjuncture and structural conditions of each sub-sector and of each region with which deep elements that allow the mediation in the decisions on the regional and sector productive structures are built.
