En este trabajo ansiamos demostrar que la tendencia en las relaciones bilaterales entre Argentina y la CARICOM, que transitaban por caminos distintos hasta hace años influidas por las condiciones expresadas ut-supra, en la actualidad auguran una mayor vinculación; por lo tanto es menester estudiar sus posibles derivaciones intentando realizar una contribución a la consideración de esta subregión del hemisferio occidental en la formulación de la política exterior de la Argentina.
