Abstract

Este trabajo, que forma parte de mi tesis doctoral, pretende ayudar a comprender si es que Internet juega algún papel en el proceso de radicalización ideológico de ciertos individuos que pasan de una simpatía y actitud pasiva ante el yihadismo a un compromiso y a una actitud activa y militante. Puesto que las limitaciones de espacio nos condicionan realizaremos un análisis de la situación de acceso y control de Internet en Arabia Saudita. Procuraremos relacionar estos datos con la actividades de grupos yihadistas que llevan a cabo sus actividades en este estado a los fines de extraer elementos que confirmen nuestra hipótesis.
