    Abstract

    A lo largo del presente trabajo describiremos la estructura del ordenamiento jurídico del MERCOSUR, analizaremos los efectos que se le asignan a las normas que integran tal ordenamiento y, finalmente, señalaremos la posición de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación Argentina con respecto a la primacía del derecho de la integración.
