Abstract

Trago aquí algunas de mis observaciones y resultados de trabajos que he hecho sobre las cuestiones ligadas a los países del Cono Sur de América Latina. En verdad, mi interés en pensar el continente latinoamericano y sus movimientos integracionistas viene de mucho tiempo a tras. Al ingresar a la Facultad de Biblioteconomía y Comunicación, a finales de los anos 70, tuve la oportunidad de convivir con profesores que tenían como preocupación este punto. Creo que mis trabajos justifican la preocupación inicial de pensar la formación del pueblo de Río Grande del Sur y sus influencias culturales – en las cuales estoy involucrada personalmente.
