Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es analizar a través de documentos primarios –Doctrina Truman e Informe X- la estrategia en política exterior llevada a cabo por EEUU para responder al nuevo contexto de Guerra Fría, para luego hacer un paralelismo con la estrategia de Seguridad Nacional que pone en práctica la Administración Bush a los posteriores ataques a las Torres Gemelas el 11-S.
