Abstract

Antes de abordar la temática central, convendría significar, siquiera a vuelapluma dos cosas, la primera que este trabajo no tiene pretensiones de exhaustividad y la otra, que su finalidad es procurar repensar acerca de algunas cuestiones que han hecho su historia en el derecho internacional privado argentino, en la que debido a interpretaciones doctrinarias como jurisprudenciales perjudiciales se inclinaron por forzar la literalidad de las normas.
