Los Estados como actores del sistema internacional: España frente al desafío de la inmigración
Abstract
El surgimiento de “nuevos actores” internacionales sumado al acontecer de determinados fenómenos; y sobre todo la interacción existente entre éstos elementos, constituyen para gran parte de la literatura existente en la actualidad, la causa de la crisis que hoy sufren los Estados. Se plantea que producto de este desconcierto, los Estados han perdido sus capacidades soberanas, cediendo, incluso, su tradicional rol de configuradores del sistema internacional a estos nuevos actores. A partir del análisis del fenómeno de la inmigración en España, y del accionar de los distintos actores involucrados, se intentará visualizar si la realidad internacional del siglo actual se caracteriza por una reducción en las capacidades soberanas de los Estados.Download Info
