Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene la finalidad de plantear las vinculaciones existentes entre las tres ramas del Derecho Internacional Público (DIP): el Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos (DIDH), el Derecho Internacional Humanitario (DIH) y el Derecho Internacional de los Refugiados (DIR). Se abordará la cuestión desde los orígenes de los mencionados derechos, cuyas relaciones y diferencias la doctrina disiente y acuerda según el caso. Se analizarán los conceptos y naturaleza jurídica, los mecanismos de control y sanciones de cada uno de los derechos, y todo esto en el contexto del sistema internacional que indujo la codificación de la normativa jurídica cuya finalidad es la protección de la persona humana e identificando la protección de la persona humana con el mantenimiento de la paz en el sistema internacional, otorgándole a ésta el rol de proveer estabilidad a dicho sistema.
