Abstract

En la primera parte de este trabajo abordamos la delicada comorelevante cuestión de la lex mercatoria desde una perspectiva jurídica. En la segundaparte exploramos una de sus emanaciones: la lex informatica con vistas a demostrar que “no hay ciberespacio sin espacio real en lo que al derecho internacional privado concierne”.
