Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende revisar sintéticamente las tendencias del Derecho Internacional Privado acerca de la viabilidad de la regla de solución en el conflicto de jurisdiccional, y los criterios tradicionales para la determinación de la ley aplicable y la jurisdicción competente en materia de propiedad intelectual en el entono digital, incluido el comercio electrónico y las DRM.
