Abstract

El siguiente trabajo analiza los determinantes principales de la nueva relación adoptada entre la República Popular China-R.P.Ch y América Latina y el Caribe-ALC- de cara al siglo XXI. Se intentará dar una visión objetiva de los nuevos matices que revisten el diálogo sino-latinoamericano; cooperación militar, lucha contra el narcotráfico y como estos elementos repercuten en los lazos de la región con los Estados Unidos-EE.UU.
