Abstract
Es necesario adoptar criterios fundados en la no intervención y la no indiferencia, porque las consecuencias que resulten de las evoluciones posibles de la crisis que analizamos requieren -por un lado- respetar los principios acuñados tomando a la soberanía como primer premisa, pero -por el otro- somos conscientes de que un desenlace conflictivo desbordaría las fronteras bolivianas irradiándose sobre toda la región y, principalmente, sobre los Estados limítrofes. Circunstancia predecible que –por sus intensidades- podría provocar la preocupación y acción de potencias extraregionales.
