Abstract

Etiopía y Eritrea comparten una frontera de más de 1000 km, no delimitada claramente por los tratados internacionales. El presente informe aborda un conflicto bélico que tiene lugar en el nordeste de África, entre los estados de Etiopía y Eritrea; guerra fronteriza que podría desestabilizar aún más el frágil equilibrio del Cuerno de África. De la quincena de conflictos que ensangrientan actualmente el continente africano, la guerra etio-eritrea es, con mucho, la más convencional. Enfrenta a dos ejércitos regulares en las líneas de los frentes
