Política económica práctica: “cocina”, polítización, academia y medios de comunicación

Abstract

La política económica se trata en distintos planos. En particular, me refiero a la “cocina” de la política económica, al tratamiento politizado de la cuestión, al rol que me gustaría cumpliera la academia (entendida en sentido amplio, incluyendo no solamente a los trabajos profesionales, sino también a la participación de los economistas aplicados, en los debates públicos), y al tratamiento de la economía en los medios masivos de comunicación. Primero me ocupo de cada plano por separado para luego plantear la cuestión de los problemas que genera su mezcla y sugerir qué se podría hacer al respecto.
