Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es contribuir, mediante la aportación de nuevos elementos de discusión, a que los sistemas de educación y entrenamiento de la policía en México funcionen como vehículo para la inducción de criterios, conocimiento científico y técnicas encaminados a satisfacer las normas y expectativas que sostienen la democracia.
