Le informazioni sugli oneri sociali obbligatori e sul costo del lavoro ricostruite sulla banca dati WHIP. Anni 1996 - 2004

Abstract

In questo rapporto si presentano due informazioni sviluppate partendo dagli archivi degli episodi di lavoro dipendente di WHIP (archivi RL_annui_): gli oneri sociali obbligatori (variabile oneri_sociali) e il costo del lavoro (variabile costo_lavoro). Le stime degli oneri sociali obbligatori e del costo del lavoro sono state derivate a livello di episodio lavorativo, attraverso una procedura che integra i dati individuali e di impresa e implementa le regole contributive specifiche per ogni settore di attività, dimensione di impresa, area geografica, tipologia di contratto. Le stime prodotte risultano coerenti con quelle fornite dalle fonti statistiche ufficiali, consentendo allo stesso tempo una maggiore ricchezza informativa. I dati, sviluppati sulla versione di WHIP 3.2, vengono distribuiti sia per la Full Edition (FE), sia per il File Standard (FS). Al momento la diffusione è circoscritta agli anni dal 1996 al 2004, mentre è previsto in futuro un ampliamento della fornitura per gli anni precedenti a partire dal 1985. Il rapporto è strutturato in due parti: la prima contiene una descrizione dei dataset con le relative variabili e presenta alcune evidenze a partire dai dati prodotti; la seconda descrive le modalità di imputazione delle voci che determinano il costo del lavoro e il grado di coerenza rispetto alle informazioni fornite dalle fonti ufficiali.
