Abstract
In this paper I have proposed to address/approach new dimensions of management in the economic crisis at the strategic and tactical levels, and in particular at the operational level. I have presented aspects/issues of the economic crisis in our country, by characterize the impact of crisis on the main sectors of national economy. Globalization, high flexibility, continuous improvement, tolerance for uncertainty is the general attributes of the new organizations that require a new managerial process. The organizational environments uncertain, turbulent, specific to economic crisis involve new accents of management instruments in order to achieve managerial effectiveness and efficiency and to this sense we scale new management by objective and management by exception. We also put emphasis on total quality management method and the need for change management by reengineering.
