A brief introduction to genetic epidemiology using Stata
AbstractAn overview of using Stata to perform candidate gene association analysis will be presented. Areas covered will include data manipulation, Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium, calculating and plotting linkage disequilibrium, estimating haplotypes, and interfacing with external programs.
