Elementos que justifican una comision por saldo administrado en la industria de pensiones privadas en el Peru

Abstract

El presente estudio realiza un analisis del esquema de cobro de comisiones del sistema de pensiones en el Peru, y evalua el transito desde un esquema de comisiones por flujo hacia uno que se aplique sobre el saldo administrado, el cual posee varias ventajas. Entre las virtudes de este ultimo esquema resalta el hecho que se hace mas transparente la relacion de cobro por el servicio prestado por la compania de pensiones, al considerarse como base el objeto de gestion (el fondo de pensiones), y no la remuneracion del afiliado. El estudio concluye que en el momento actual, el sistema privado de pensiones peruano ha alcanzado suficiente madurez como para considerar la implementacion de un esquema de cobro sobre el saldo administrado, el cual contribuiria a incorporar mayor transparencia a la gestion y supervision del sistema.
