Abstract

The selection of personnel – a center-piece of the Public Services Quality. It’s a known fact that Police is the public institution that protects the rights and liberties of persons, along with the private and public property, crime prevention and solving and protecting the public order. The consolidation of the police brand in the mind of the targeted groups and presenting the institution as a responsible one in order to emphasize the public trust is a continues preoccupation of the institution also reflected in the actions taken by the police training schools.
