Análise Econômica Da Produção De Tilápias Em Uma Propriedade Associativista De Ilha Solteira/Sp

Abstract

O Brasil possui imenso potencial para o desenvolvimento da piscicultura, através de seus 5,5 milhões de hectares de reservatórios de águas doces, sendo que a criação de tilápias (Oreochromis niloticus) em sistemas de tanques-rede instalados em grandes reservatórios, é merecedora de destaque. O presente trabalho objetiva avaliar o custo de produção e a rentabilidade do cultivo de tilápia em tanques-rede de 18 m3, para uma associação de piscicultores (APROAQUA), no Município de Ilha Solteira/SP, tendo por base um estudo de caso para um ciclo produtivo de 180 dias em 0,5 ha, com 60 tanques-rede e produtividade de 68.000 Kg/ciclo. As estimativas de investimento e custos de produção foram baseadas no Custo Operacional Total utilizada pelo Instituto de Economia Agrícola. Os resultados mostraram a viabilidade econômica da produção de tilápias em tanques rede, obtendo uma taxa de lucratividade 22,57% e que ainda podem ser melhorados através de uma forma estratégica de comercialização conjunta na fase pré-produção, possibilitando uma diminuição significativa nos custos de produção.---------------------------------------------Brazil possesses immense potential for the development of the fish farming, through their 5,5 million hectares of reservoirs of fresh water, and the tilápias creation (Oreochromis niloticus) in tank-net systems installed in great reservoirs, it is worthy of prominence. The present work aims at to evaluate the production cost and the profitability of the tilápia cultivation in tank-net of 18 m3, for fish farmers association (APROAQUA), in Ilha Solteira, State of São Paulo, tends for base a case study for a productive cycle of 180 days in 0,5 ha, with 60 tank-net and productivity of 68.000 Kg/cycle. The investment estimates and production costs were based on the Cost Operational Total used by the Institute of Agricultural Economy. The results showed the economical viability of the tilápias production in tanks net, obtaining a tax of profitability 22,57% and that they can still be improved through a strategic form of united commercialization in the before production phase, making possible a significant decrease in the production costs.
