Estudo De Uma Operadora Logística Da Cadeia Do Frio Situada No Nordeste Brasileiro: O Caso Tru-Logística

A globalização impôs à grande maioria dos mercados, níveis de especialização focados na eficiência como condição indispensável para sobrevivência. O surgimento desse novo cenário trouxe em seu arcabouço a necessidade de sinergia entre todas as áreas existentes na empresa. As áreas de marketing precisavam estar inteiradas da capacidade de vendas no respectivo departamento, que por sua vez, precisavam ter conhecimento das necessidades de pessoal e com que grau de qualificação, para atender às demandas dos outros departamentos e todos em perfeita sintonia com o departamento de orçamento e gestão. A sinergia, portanto, se tornou vital na maximização da utilidade dos recursos da empresa. Essas características foram fundamentais também nas atividades meio como na logística de suprimento e distribuição, que apoiada em novos recursos tecnológicos permitiu às empresas conquistar novos e mais diversificados mercados, melhorando e muito a sua competitividade sistêmica. No caso da chamada logística da cadeia do frio, cuja finalidade é a conservação e a preservação das qualidades intrínsecas das matérias-primas para a agroindústria e dos alimentos nos diferentes segmentos da distribuição e do consumo, os investimentos em tecnologias do frio, armazenagem, transporte e informação foram dos mais significativos. Portanto, a elaboração das estratégias de atuação das empresas no mercado surge como variável importante à eficiência das operações de logística. Entre outros aspectos a serem considerados, destacamos as ações protagonizadas pelos operadores logísticos especializados na cadeia do frio. Este artigo resume um estudo de caso da TRU-Logística, empresa de Pernambuco especializada no setor de distribuição de alimentos perecíveis e que possui, desde 2000, uma relevante participação nas regiões Norte e Nordeste, atendendo clientes de grande porte e sendo considerada como uma das mais atuantes do segmento no país. -------------------------------------------------The globalization imposed to the great majority of the markets, focus levels of specialization in the efficiency as condition sine qua non for survival. The marketing areas needed to be made entire of the capacity of commerce of the respective department, that in turn, they needed to have knowledge of the necessities of staff and with that qualification degree, to take care of to the demands of the other departments and all in perfect tunning with the department of budget and management. The junction, therefore, if became indispensable in the maximum of the utility of the resources of the company. These characteristics had been basic for the sprouting of the logistic operators, which had been able to more launch hand of new practical technologies and adjusted to the realities of the market allowing that the companies could act more strong in its businesses. Amongst the some offered branches, it is of the chain of the cold, whose investment, besides being high, needs a team technique marked out with buoys allied to a structure of storage. Therefore in the elaboration of the strategies of performance of the company, in the market, it appears as changeable important also to be argued the efficiency of the operations of logistic. Among others modal to be considered, we detach the actions carried out for the specialized logistics operators in the chain of the cold. This article summarizes a study of case of TRU-Logistc, inserted company in the sector of distribution of alimentary products since 2000 in Pernambuco and that it possesss an excellent participation in the Northeast and North of the country, taking care of customers of great transport in the region being considered as one of most operating of the sector.
