    Abstract

    Este trabalho propõe analisar o desempenho financeiro da piscicultura no sistema semi-intensivo, praticado por pequenos produtores da regional do Baixo Acre e avaliar os fatores que atuam como ameaças ao desenvolvimento da cadeia produtiva. A análise financeira foi realizada com o método do orçamento e como indicadores foram utilizados a renda líquida, o custo unitário de produção e a remuneração da mão de obra familiar. Para os fatores de risco, utilizou-se uma adaptação do método Zoop, denominada competir, desenvolvida por meio da cooperação técnica entre Brasil e Alemanha. Os resultados mostram que a piscicultura apresenta viabilidade financeira e proporciona elevada remuneração do produtor e sua família. Contudo, problemas como a falta de beneficiamento do produto comercializado, ramais não conservados, pouco tempo de carência para o crédito de custeio, falta de estrutura física de apoio da Seaprof, elevado preço da ração e demora na liberação da licença ambiental podem dificultar o seu desenvolvimento.----------------------------------------------This study aim to analyze the financial performance of the fish in the semi-intensive system, practiced by small stakholders in the Lower Acre and evaluate the determinant factors to the development of the productive chain. The financial analysis was performed with the method of the budget and used as indicators way to net income, the unit cost of production and remuneration of family labour. For risk factors, it was used Zoop an adaptation of the method, called compete, developed through technical cooperation between Brazil and Germany. The results showed that fish farming presents financial viability and provides high remuneration of the producer and his family. However, problems like as the lack of industrial food process of the product marketed, roads not preserved, short time to the credit of cost, deficient infrastructure to support the Seaprof, high price of ration and delay in the release of the environmental licence may constraint the development.
